Nathalie is the only person in the world who has earned a Doctorate degree studying Floating Special Maritime Zones. She graduated from Warwick University, in the UK, and is renowned as a pioneer in innovative floating zone projects. Her work has been featured in hundreds of publications in more than 15 languages, including Forbes, Business Insider, and CNBC network. She moves between the floating and regulation spaces due to how these two go hand-in-hand.
Nathalie is the CEO and Founder of Seaphia, a Floating and Special Economic Zones projects development company. She's also the Managing Editor of the Journal of Special Jurisdictions, a unique academic publication focused on zones, jurisdictions, and territories with experimental governance. She has led and help organize important blue innovation events including a Climaton, trade shows of the Startup Societies Foundation with zone developers and investors, and the Paving the Waves conference on floating.
