Cesar brings ten years of experience with communications, public relations, video production, and journalism in public and private institutions in Canada and Brazil.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Communications and Society – Film Studies and a Diploma in International Affairs from the University of Brasília. He has held communications roles with Brazil’s Superior Court of Justice, Ministry of Defense and National Council of Justice, as well as working a freelance videographer and graphic designer for ParlAmericas and Nature Canada, among others.
